Aiming to connect the modern-day consumer market with a new way of thinking, vouchercup is a reusable coffee cup subscription service which rewards it’s users for being eco-friendly.

We were required to bring to life a vision of a modern brand which shook off the cliché 'eco' identity and instead, hit the market with a presence that popped and made the viewer feel excited about what vouchercup has in store.

The client provided their brand strategy and business plan with some great factors to unleash what became our brand identity design for Vouchercup. We saw the core value that they wanted their customers top feel energised by making a difference and being rewarded for it.

The vouchercup brand had two target audiences; the consumer and the merchants. We designed a strategy to deliver the brand consistently across both audiences and connect consumer and merchants together quickly, whilst new additions to the audience pool grew rapidly.
digital connection.
Our digital delivery included an interactive web experience and customer portal to manage accounts and make subscription signups easy and fun. Merchants were able to request updates and add offers, whilst customers saw the latest deal to go out and grab.
user-driven thinking.
The mobile app UX identified simple navigation needs for quick loyalty confirmation at the EPOS terminal, giving both customers and merchants simple processing of rewards and feel good factor.

Launching vouchercup provided benefits to both the consumer and partners on board the service, encouraging reusable packaging and rewarding those for making a positive impact to the planet.
