Role Description

We’re seeking a Lead Marketer to drive marketing for our client accounts and our agency brand, on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role blends strategy, creativity, and delivery — perfect for someone ready to make an impact quickly and help shape the next phase of our growth.

A successful 6-month term may lead to a permanent, full-time position.

What you'll be doing across client and internal channels

  • Conduct market research, analyse trends, and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, and email).
  • Create compelling content for web, social, and promotional materials using brand design systems and templates provided by our creative team.
  • Manage website updates, SEO improvements, and social media engagement.
  • Write and coordinate tender responses, track the sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Engage with DMUs (decision-making unit) via LinkedIn to support outreach and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams on pitch decks, case studies, and event promotion.
  • Support and deliver marketing events and webinars, tracking engagement and outcomes.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or digital content roles.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Hands-on ability with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Confidence in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • A creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Contract details

  • Contract: 6-month fixed-term (pro rata)
  • Potential: View to full-time permanent position upon completion
  • Salary: £28,500–£35,000 (pro rata, DOE)
  • Probation: 3 months (within contract term)
  • Location: Barnsley & Sheffield (studio-based with flexible hybrid options)
