Enterprising Barnsley (EB) needed a complete repositioning to better engage its broad target audience, ranging from start-ups and micro/SMEs to large enterprises, franchises, and global brands. The objective was to develop a new brand identity that reflected this diverse audience and a content strategy that showcased the range of business support services available. Additionally, the project required capturing case studies to illustrate the value of EB's support, aiming to attract businesses of all sizes and sectors.
The project also included the creation of an information-driven website with a strong resource offering and an enhanced user experience. This website needed to feature a robust account area where users could digitally access grant applications, eLearning modules, and other vital business support resources. Our goal was to make EB's services more accessible, efficient, and appealing to a wider business demographic.
