FIPP World Media Congress 2025 marked its centenary year in the vibrant city of Madrid. Bringing together over 400 participants and 50 speakers from more than 40 countries, the two-day event invited global media professionals and industry experts to explore the evolving media landscape across platforms, audiences and innovations.
We partnered with FIPP to develop a cohesive design system and a suite of visual materials that captured both the Congress’s century-long legacy and the dynamic spirit of its host city.
World Media Congress 2025 Event Branding
Our team designed a flexible and modern design system that unified FIPP Congress’s identity across all touchpoints, from print materials to digital applications. We drew inspiration from the event’s main venue, the Circulo de Bellas Artes building, whose ornate Art Deco style informed the creation of the “Glass F” brandmark; a cohesive link between the FIPP brand and the physical space.
The design system provided the foundation for all supporting materials, including an engaging brochure that featured event information and a detailed map of Madrid. It also highlighted must-see attractions to help international visitors make the most of their stay.
To ensure a seamless attendee experience, we also developed clear signage and wayfinding systems across venues. These included multilingual printed banners that could be easily positioned throughout the venue and swapped out each day as needed.
Designed in the UK, produced with international print partners, and brought to life for media leaders from over 40 countries, this was a truly global project. And one we’re proud to have been part of.
