In Spring 2024, Barnsley College sought a fresh campaign and content strategy to spotlight their vision of providing dynamic career opportunities through an eclectic range of courses and partnerships.

We were tasked with art directing a series of compelling photography images that captured students alongside their potential career paths. Our goal was to create a visually impactful campaign that would inspire the next generation of Higher Education students to see Barnsley College as a top choice for their post-secondary studies.

We curated and directed a week-long photoshoot, blending students in everyday attire with industry-specific uniforms, symbolising the career experiences they can expect at the college. Using a green screen studio setup, we created striking compositions that juxtaposed study settings with future career environments.

The final imagery was expertly retouched and designed to overlay career pathways, offering a visual narrative that inspires future students. These versatile images were handed over to the college’s marketing team for use across their 2024 enrolment campaigns.
