With an ecosystem used across 21 countries and more than 117,000 projects, ScaffPlan needed a strategic partner capable of shaping positioning, refining communications, launching products and building a scalable marketing engine across every touchpoint. 

Internal teams were focused on product innovation and operational growth. Their marketing needed strategic direction, creative execution and a unified brand voice capable of positioning ScaffPlan as the leader in temporary works technology. 

We initially helped ScaffPlan refine how they spoke to the market, creating a brand voice that felt innovative, credible and accessible without sounding overly corporate or filled with jargon. 

We developed a tone of voice framework balancing technical authority with clarity and confidence, then built a scalable marketing strategy focused on elevating the category while positioning ScaffPlan at the centre of that transformation. 

As the platform expands, we support launch campaigns from concept through execution, translating complex product functionality into commercially focused marketing that resonates with scaffolders, engineers, contractors and decision makers alike. 

We also produce video and creative assets to strengthen brand perception across digital channels, presentations, industry events and sales conversations, while supporting ScaffPlan’s ongoing digital growth through strategic social media direction and content development.
